Review on Genesis Communications by Russell Rabbach

I really like that Genesis has two different types of communication plans, one with unlimited usage and another for more limited use. This allows me to fit their service into my budget. So far everything about my experience at Genesis has been very good. Sometimes it takes a few days to get your calls connected, but when they do connect you don't have to wait long to speak to someone. I think there should be a way for people using the Unlimited plan to be able to see how much time they are spending talking to people. It would also be nice if I could set up voicemail messages that are sent out to everyone who leaves a message for me. I am working at Genesis as an agent. I enjoy being part of the team and working with other customers.
