We were looking for an integrated analytics solution that would allow us access our CRM database from anywhere at anytime so we could better understand how customers are interacting throughout all of out communications channels (email marketing). This is exactly what it does! It has allowed me greater visibility into my customer's needs across multiple touchpoints within your organization without having someone sitting next you or emailing every day asking questions - which can be very time consuming if not impossible because they're spread far enough apart geographically/organizationally between offices / locations etc.. It's easy to use and has all the features you need for your analysis needs. I do not have anything I dislike about this software. It is great for doing multiple types of analysis and gives you many options for how you can view the data. You can also add custom fields to customize how you want it to look. This allows you to create different views so that you can see what you need at a glance.
