I have been using Plantronics headsets for almost 20 years and have always been happy with them. However, this one is just awful: 1. Battery: You definitely won't get a full day of battery life as the battery life even after a full charge showed 78% on both my mobile device and the Plantronics2 app. Pairing: No matter what I did, I couldn't pair this headset with any device. The headset said it was in "pairing" mode, but none of my Bluetooth-enabled devices picked it up.3. You can only charge the headset with the charger/dock. It will not charge when connected to a standard USB-C cable4. The headset also lacks a hold, as it easily slips off the head.
