🎧 Wireless DECT Headset System - Plantronics Savi 8200 Series Review

The headset is very comfortable to wear, the sound quality is excellent; but only for outgoing calls. Pressing the buttons on the base station to answer calls resulted in the calls being disconnected.

The device was great at first. The battery lasted a long time and the free distance to my desk was extraordinary. But after about 6 months, the left ear stopped making noise. Disappointed as I had an early Savi model which lasted almost 6 years - I used it almost daily.

I have been using Plantronics headsets for almost 20 years and have always been happy with them. However, this one is just awful: 1. I've really enjoyed adding the Plantronics Savi 8220 headset to my workspace. The audio quality was crystal clear and the headset has a noise canceling feature to cancel out ambient noise when speaking into the microphone. Savi 8220 forwards all incoming calls to my VOIP phone, mobile phone or desktop computer. This was bought as a Christmas present for my wife who often works from home, sometimes on the phone up to 6 hours a day.
