I am very disappointed in these headphones because they have so much to like. I like their fit and comfort while running. The first pair I bought worked great for about a month. However, I was on the run when the left listener suddenly died. I just charged them to 100% so I found it weird. I went home and fiddled with it and found that it no longer held any charge. The charge indicator showed 100%, but when I removed the headphones, they wouldn't connect to my phone via Bluetooth and wouldn't even turn on. I immediately put it back on the charger and it said it wasn't charging, even though it only showed 100% when I took it off. Knowing how much I loved the sound quality and design, I was hoping that maybe it was just a defect and that I'd be fine ordering another pair. Unfortunately, the second headphone I ordered only lasted about 2 weeks. I ran 3 miles today and the headphones lost power halfway through. I just charged them to 100% before launch. Halfway through, the left handset began to get static. Then it started turning on and off before completely shutting down. I turned my headphones off and on again. I tried to do a factory reset. I've tried turning them off in the bluetooth settings on my phone and pairing them to the device again. Unfortunately, the left earcup died in these brand new headphones just as it did on the first pair. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. As much as I would love it if these headphones struck the same lightning bolt twice in two different headphones, it tells me there is a significant quality flaw with this product. I would recommend if you need reliability or are an active person while wearing headphones to stay away from this product.
