Update! (I feel I should change my rating as the customer service was excellent) I bought this stand and realized something was wrong. I tried tightening the stand with an adjuster which I had to screw in and although I did I noticed that it leans to one side so it's not straight. After playing with it for a few days, I realized something was wrong with this product. The hole in the stand is on the opposite side and that's why I had so many problems positioning the webcam stand because every time I screwed in a knob or part it would tip to one side because there was no hole in it. that he's getting in, so he's pushing to the point where it's not level, and my camera isn't level because it has a hole on the opposite side. I have to rely on another company because I doubt they will refund me or send me a new one. Check it before you leave it, the hole should be in the opposite direction from where the stand bends. If the stand is tilted towards you, the hole should be behind the small support tube, not where you see it.
