This hose started well but ended up being a complete failure. The only problem I had was connecting to both ends of the hose. I bought it in 2015 and about 6 months after I bought it the problems started. The powerful brush in the suction head (Sebo) turns on and off when you try to use it. Very annoying. I tried several times to fix it but nothing lasted long. The connection to the wall is weaker than the original beam, so it must be inserted very firmly into the socket. However, the electrical connection is the main problem. Made cheap. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from that hose.
