I have a sink plug that doesn't come off easily, but the orange plug was small enough to clear the pipe and get a clump of hair out of the drain! Needless to say, judging by the photos posted in the review, it's pretty gross lol. I proceeded to the bathroom as it seemed slow too. The tub pipe drops about 2 inches and then rotates 90 degrees. Well, there was SO much hair in that little bag. Orange was useless here, but Claw was AWESOME. New favorite instrument. Squeeze the handle, the claws come out, release to retract the claws and "grab" the clog. I thought it would break easily but it held up when I first used it. Don't forget to invest in a hair stopper that goes over the drain plug. It's crazy how much hair comes out and goes down the drain. This will prevent the drain from clogging for a while. When that happens, these tools will help a lot!
