A recent encounter with the GOOFIT internet store left me feeling let down and frustrated. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, despite the fact that they have a large assortment of parts for motorcycles, automobiles, and powersports vehicles. Because the representative I spoke with was ineffective and condescending, I was left with the impression that my concerns were not taken seriously. On the basis of my experience, I am unable to recommend GOOFIT to others because I place a high value on open dialogue and consideration in all of my relationships.
