No headaches or confusion with my clients. We were able to make and receive payments on time, and were also able to file quarterly taxes. I like the ease of use of the platform. The user interface is very easy to use and navigate. The ease of use of the platform makes it very user friendly. The customer service is not the best. They do not always answer the phone or respond quickly. Also, they do not always have the answer you are looking for. I would say you need to use a third party account manager. We were needing to file our taxes online and the platform was the easiest to use.
