The support team was very helpful, they were able to resolve my issues quickly which I appreciated! They also have some great tutorials that helped me get up-and running with their service as well (which saved time).

It took several days for them to respond after submitting tickets but once we got in contact it went smoothly from there - no complaints about this part of our experience at all so far!! We're using FTp hosting because other services are too expensive or complicated/unreliable when compared against others like ours who provide similar features without being overpriced.
