I'll probably choose something else

These boots look great and feel durable. However, the hooks/lace clips are too open at the top and are particularly small, causing the laces of one shoe to become tangled in the other shoe. NO JOKE. The child tied one shoe to the other several times during a walk. - The first time was funny. - The second time we thought she tied her laces wrong, so we tied her laces right again. - The third time we rushed home with a big bruise. Choose something else.
