I'm a guy from Altra. I love these shoes. I'll dig them up for sure. It's a solid construction, a beautiful non-sinking business casual shoe, and people are really talking about it. They don't wear like my trail and road bike boots, but they don't have to. Thumb box, check. Checking the construction quality. The skin around the tongue lies slightly above the ankle but I spent a week wearing 4 full days. Those are good shoes. I will come back in 3-4 weeks and check again but yes I love it. I need them to wear and still look semi-professional so I'll be back. Let's hope the last 2 studs come off the ankle. Apparently they are.
