I have been buying Can O'Crickets from Zoo Med for about six years. I have a white tree frog that is partially blind so it has trouble catching live food . The crickets in the jar are huge and appear to be packed with nutrients. My frog has never looked better. I like to order them because they are cheaper than in stores and they are delivered quickly. The only downside is they spoil faster than my frog can eat them. But I know some people freeze extra crickets. I haven't tried this. They are ideal for those who have a special needs pet or do not want to deal with live food.
