I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

Now you can save yourself from colleagues in the office, who are almost inaudible, unless, of course, colleagues are yelling)
Has some pros:
Excellent comfortable headphones in which the ears get tired much less than in vacuum ones.
Got cons:
For me it turned out that it was a rather slippery cover, I had to urgently buy a cover for the cover =)
