I bought some of these as gifts. Each charging cap will crack and stop charging the device after a while. I tried contacting Zwilling to order a replacement cap. They only allow you to return any items under their limited warranty at your expense and do not guarantee that this is covered. I literally just want to buy another charging cap. The charging port must be on the main body. Badly designed. Shit customer service. No spare parts service. That's something to remember
