Returned item

The packaging has been opened and damaged, the item has been used. Be sure to reset the product and replace the battery. Battery condition not sure. The main problem is the battery.

Never use liquids with it.

I have used the second for the last few years. I used vacuum packed sudvae fish for this and some of the juices came out. It was just done afterwards. You can't clean it. So I'd say it's great, but only for dry stuff.

Surprising at first. As long as you don't use it with anything wet

I really like this vacuum sealer and would like to give it 5 stars but as another reviewer pointed out. You get some liquid in and it's toast. Now it's just a fancy paperweight. I tried calling Gemini but they basically just said to buy a new one. A big oversight for this type of product. The built-in protection against moisture does not do justice to its task either. Just stay dry if you plan on getting this.

Bad design great idea

I bought some of these as gifts. Each charging cap will crack and stop charging the device after a while. I tried contacting Zwilling to order a replacement cap. They only allow you to return any items under their limited warranty at your expense and do not guarantee that this is covered. I literally just want to buy another charging cap. The charging port must be on the main body. Badly designed. Shit customer service. No spare parts service. That's something to remember
