I like that it's easy enough even if you're not tech savvy at all! It has helped us with our inventory control by having an accurate count available in real time which we can use as reference when doing audits or comparing against other reports etc..

There are many features but sometimes they don't always work properly (for example one feature was meant only be used internally so maybe there should have been some sort warning before using this). We've also found ourselves needing help from their support team quite often because things aren’t working correctly - especially during peak periods where demand increases rapidly due mostly being new customers who haven't had much experience yet either :) Just keep trying different ways until something works well!! They do offer free trials too although currently my department doesn;' t receive any benefits out side just knowing how useful these tools really were :D The main benefit.
