It's also great if I'm running late and know where my next stop will be! Sometimes when there are multiple pickups available in one area of town that share the same route number, only 1 can show as "on time" so sometimes this isn't very helpful because I have no idea which pickup would leave first until after its too late. Some times people don't understand how the scheduling works, but once explained everything comes together pretty quickly without any issues. This helps us get everyone picked-up safely by showing them what ride was planned last minute and making sure each person gets out according to plan.
