I've played many youth soccer games in the hot southern sun. These shirts were recommended to me by a friend and after wearing them once I perfected them and ordered 4 more! These shirts are lightweight, comfortable and will keep you cool. Ideal for wearing outdoors in hot weather. They feel like they're big, so like others have said, go down a size. I 4X and have 3X with space left.
