Review on 🔥 Efficient Gray Dr. Heater DR-910F Shop Garage Heater for Optimal Heating Performance by Stephen Chowdary

I've only written a review or two in the last 15 years because it's not mine. But the customer service won me over. I installed this 10,000W DR-910F heater per the instructions using 6 AWG wire and a dedicated 60Amp switch. It worked fine. Then I installed the wrong wall thermostat. When I turned on the switch, there was a bang and a flash. The heater indicator worked, but the fan or heating elements did not turn on. After turning off the heater and disconnecting all power, I took it apart and easily found the problem. Big arson on the power board where the transistor was. And I mean was! I called them and asked if I could get this board and they helped right away. They quickly identified the part and sent it to me. They also sent the thermostat board forward in case it gets hit too. Long story short I installed the parts, put them back together and they work great. I don't understand how my trial could have gone smoother thanks to their amazing customer support. Thank you, Dr. Heather! The moral of the story is, if you do this, make sure you install the correct wall thermostat. Don't make the same mistake I did. Also, follow the instructions and turn off the power switch before switching between wall and built-in thermostats. We use it to heat a 30x40 cm shop with a high ceiling and it's not a problem. It's also a lot quieter than the 5000W heater we used. It was a pleasant surprise. The old heater had to work too hard to keep the place warm but this one does it! Oh yes, the workmanship is also very good. All in all a good heater!
