Inaccurate description and bad smell
First, the product description is wrong. Sheet sizes are 12 inches by 15-1/2 inches. I don't understand why the manufacturer and seller advertise it as 12" x 16". Did they think no one would notice they shorted a consumer by nearly 10-1/2 feet per pack? At 350ยฐF, parchment gives off a chemical odor that smells vaguely like fish. At 450ยฐF the odor intensifies and the parchment becomes very brittle and crumbles easily. I refuse to cook with chemical fumes of unknown origin, so I threw away all packaging.
