Inaccurate description and bad smell

First, the product description is wrong. Sheet sizes are 12 inches by 15-1/2 inches. I don't understand why the manufacturer and seller advertise it as 12" x 16". Did they think no one would notice they shorted a consumer by nearly 10-1/2 feet per pack? At 350°F, parchment gives off a chemical odor that smells vaguely like fish. At 450°F the odor intensifies and the parchment becomes very brittle and crumbles easily. I refuse to cook with chemical fumes of unknown origin, so I threw away all packaging.

Pros

NATURAL AND HEALTHY MATERIAL: Made from natural wood pulp and completely fluorescence-free, waterproof, food-safe, non-toxic and BPA-free. Can be used in the oven and microwave at temperatures up to 450℉ to prevent it from curdling when baking at high temperatures.
