The remote control is good but remember that the strap is not included. What you buy with collars has a strap, but if you order a second remote control there is no strap. I find this strange and should be pointed out. Update: I ordered a second remote control separately from the three collars I bought. I am very disappointed in the quality of these remote controls. I had to return and exchange the first one because it didn't work. The second one went fine, but now it doesn't work. I'm just sending it back for a refund. It is very disappointing that we cannot have a second remote control with our set of three collars.
