Haven't installed them yet but they are solidly built. I have used Commercial Electric and Halo cans in the past (and still do) and can say they are just as good if not better. Please note that the maximum power rating is 18W as indicated on the label on the jar. . This is important when you are designing a new circuit and need to know how much you can have on the same circuit. Strangely, when I asked, the company rep didn't know the maximum power. However, the UL sticker contains all the necessary information for the inspectors. Most LED lights that connect to this jar are around 11-13 watts, so 18 is enough.
