Review on 🍳 Presto 06852 16-Inch Electric Skillet with Transparent Glass Lid by Gabriel Elliott

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Bought this 16" Presto Electric Pan brand new from Revain. I've seen those nonstick coatings go bad in the past so I was extra cautious. I've never had a temp over 375 degrees and almost always between 200-300. Have always used a plastic spatula which I bought just for this pan.. I have NEVER used any metal utensils in this pan. Washed with water, dish soap and loofah - NEVER twisted the cleaning sponge. I only used the pan a few times a week, but the nonstick coating is now at least 95% off the bottom hob.The sides are still shiny but the coating on the bottom has either deteriorated or gone entirely.The customer service is HORRIBLE and they blatantly lied about the photos I gave them sent - which they asked me to send them, they claim it's an Ansa Collection of food, although the high resolution photos show that it is very clean and OBVIOUSLY no accumulations of food. Worst customer service ever. Shame on Presto. Edit = I've uploaded three photos - to clearly show cleanliness - but it looks like they weren't included. I will try again
