Tired of heating up Progresso soup in the microwave and spilling the liquid every time, I decided to order a set of these wonderful bowls. They are the perfect size for a large can of soup. I like the hinged lid that makes it easy to access the broth separately if I want. The rustic orange color is exactly what I expected from the photos. These are absolutely beautiful cups. Strong and durable. They have been used almost every day for the past month and have held up very well. I love their big handles and slim and deep design, perfect for soup! very comfortable to hold. Dishwasher safe, even the plastic lid feels good, it doesn't melt or shrink at all (I always wash at maximum temperature; disinfection cycle) but I air dry them, I haven't dared to dry them in the dishwasher yet. but the plastic panel is also thick and durable. Very happy with this purchase, I will be buying more in the future!
