In my experience, not much.
The size chart says it's significantly smaller, not in my experience, I ordered a size up hoping a size 71/4 would fit. Absolutely too big for me, closes my eyes well. From the looks of it this is a great product, good quality, no defects and an excellent response from the seller. They offered size options for replacement and it turned out to be a very positive experience. I think they received inaccurate customer feedback on sizing.
