If the directions for a product (if required) are poorly written (difficult to understand due to language or grammar issues) or just too difficult to follow, she loses a star if the product meets or exceeds my expectations5. I rarely give a product one star because I mostly buy products with a 4+ rating, but on rare occasions there can be a good reason why even a four star product gets a one star rating from me.
