I love this slim and light Odepro WD43 PRO dive light. I thought this would be a good backup light for my C8 LED lights, but it's brighter and much easier to use, so C8s can now be put into backup status. It will also be great daylight for searching under rocks and coral heads and checking swim passes and I love how compact it is compared to my C8 which I rarely take with me on day dives simply because it's very uncomfortable. Time. This is a durable, well-made light. The connection feels right, the threads are nice and smooth, as is the sealing surface of the o-rings. The triple O-rings and magnetic switch should also hold water well. It includes a hard case to keep everything together and protected in a gear bag. 2 18650 3000mAh batteries and a USB charger with cable, which is very convenient as I can easily charge it even on safari. It also includes a strap so I don't lose it on the seabed and a nylon strap with Velcro which is basically a soft Goodman grip for hands-free use. You top it off with a set of spare O-rings. I am very happy to receive this light in the water! Last month they canceled the 4 day Flower Garden Safari in the Gulf of Mexico due to weather and high seas. Hopefully I can get this light underwater and outside very soon. I'll let you know if there are any problems, but I don't expect them based on the apparent quality of this light.
