I'm a petite woman and this sneaker is perfect for me. It slides right over my elbows like it should. My arm and body get used to being aligned, which creates a real swing. PRO: Keep your arms and body visibly connected. Corrected my hesitation in wearing CONS: Can't imagine it would fit a normal adult or a large adult. The armholes are very small and anyone with muscular arms couldn't put it on their forearms. Not very stretchy and may not be suitable for people with broad shoulders. BENEFITS: The material is a sturdy elastic band that forces you to stay in line. CONS: I think there are similar products out there that are made of better material and fit normal arm and shoulder widths.
