With nearly 25% of reviews being one star, I've decided not to listen. I bought and installed this hose well before winter to make sure everything was fine for the long midwest winter. Now I've circled my RV and packed up, on the third night below 20 degrees Fahrenheit (not -20 but just 20) the inner tube froze like a rock. Needless to say I didn't have water for my morning shower and although I wanted to brush my teeth in a dog water bowl I resisted. I am then informed that the returns window is closed but Revain is authorized to accept returns of the defective product. Excellent! Oh wait, there is now a 20% restocking fee and the price has gone up almost 15% making the replacement cost me 35% more than the original tube. What? Okay, take the hose, give me back whatever I can get, and I'll order a heating cable and make my own for half the price of this thing. My original van hose, 25ft heating cable and foam insulation sheet, total investment of <$50 and I don't have to deal with this priceless item again. Drop the microphone.
