They protect from heat just OK

These gloves are better than nothing, but are not 100%, as you can still get some pretty significant heat coming through. They are comfortable and easy to clean.

Pros

This work as advertised! I love to use this with my Traeger or traditional over.

Cons

The gloves may not provide enough insulation for prolonged exposure to heat
