It did its job
Used it on Minnie's costume. It was cute, cheap and got to my house quickly. My only real complaint is that when something hits the material it pulls on the skirt threads. I wore it once and the velcro from my kid's Halloween costume ruined it overnight. To be honest I was fine with it as it was so cheap. It has served its purpose.
