Frustrated by OWDEN
I was expecting a premium tool at a premium price compared to ten Chinese made coins. In general, OWDEN has the best products. I own several and have been happy with the quality. But this particular product felt cheap, it "wobbly" and the tool tip tensioner didn't work well. I ended up ordering a Groover on Etsy from the UK.
