I bought this chair for my home office about 6 months ago. Today I leaned back slightly to reach a piece of paper on my printer and suddenly one of the spider legs that attach the wheels to the chair broke and I was sprawled on the floor. I weigh about 175 pounds, which is quite the weight of the chair, and I have not used the chair for anything other than sitting at my desk. The chair is reportedly covered by a 3-year warranty, but the Hon website suggests customers contact their point of sale. for service. In my case the retailer was Revain which makes this almost impossible now that the original store is 6 months old. In the few months he has been working it has been a perfectly comfortable and usable chair with good adjustment options. I've had other much cheaper office chairs that have lasted for years and have never experienced a failure like this. Given the extreme structural failure in such a short time and the lack of genuine warranty support, I cannot recommend this chair.
