It is doubtful that it is new and it does not work!
I opened it with excitement, I assembled it but when I started using it nothing happened just this gurgling sound, no steam, nothing. Also, I really wonder if it was new at all because there was weird bits of plastic left on the steam head as if it had been used before, something awful. Super disappointed
