Great they worked but you need to make sure you have a chair type that already has holes or you will drill a hole in the insert. Then you just use something to hit them so the teeth go in and there is no problem. I am very happy. They sent me a pair, I could see they were already open hence returning four stars but I'm not mad as they looked perfect just had to be honest.
