The bottom seal of the pipe failed.
When squeezing the tube to dispense product, the bottom "tube seal" did not dispense product from either end of the tube as shown. The tube was at room temperature during use. Now the rest of the product just hardens. I have used this product before, it applies very well and seals seams well.
