Absolutely huge! Bigger and much stronger than other brands I originally bought. I really liked it, but the stitching along the zipper came undone twice. The company kindly replaced it free of charge. It contains all my things, my sons and a lot more. I don't carry it on my shoulder, of course. The way too hard. Maybe there's still room. I put the cart on wheels when I need it. Or carry a small fanny pack for quick trips, trips, excursions, etc. I throw it in my van and feel safe if I ever need anything or anyone it's pretty much covered. lol. But it has almost everything you need to provide first aid to a child with special needs and quite a few others. First aid, gauze, band-aids, scissors, betadine, glue, sterile strips, fuel, lidacaine, bandages of various types and sizes, gauze bandages, combined bandages, ace bandages, fracture repair SAME splints, large/small (2 limbs twice Last year, now. I am ready Ugh) Wound care, asthma meds, allergy meds, seizure medication, nosebleeds, my own meds, medical supplies. Water bottles, a full pack of wet wipes, e.g. for changing baby diapers, a small umbrella, a set of blood pressure cuffs, a small but heavy utility tool with a knife, a small thermos bottle, thermal blankets, rubber bands, rope, and a whistle, face masks, cardiopulmonary mask -Revival. I bought an extra set of 4 colored cases. As mentioned, the removable insert was too big. I taped it to set it up. But the colored pouches have filled the space of the bag, but the bag has become much more organized. I can just drag the appropriate package and voila. So I got a sturdy cardboard box that was cut out rectangular to fit the bottom of the bag for more support. I sealed it with clear tape to make it stiffer, provide more support, and make it semi-waterproof if the bag gets wet. There's more, but you get what I want. 😉
