Runs small, take one size up.
I bought the XXL and it was too tight for me, while my Russell XXL is nice and loose but not too loose. I was cramping, especially in my chest and stomach. I'm 5'10", 235 pounds, stocky, muscular, and these shirts are too tight for me, and I don't have a big stomach. I am considering ordering XXXL but they are out of stock. So I will look elsewhere.
