Absolutely useless.
This is my first time using these ice trays. I just received them, poured some water in them after washing and let them freeze. I did as the product suggests - no twisting, no bending back. by simply bending them inwards and pressing onto the backs of the cubes. They immediately split in half. I'm not a big guy, I'm not particularly strong and I definitely wasn't trying to hit those ice cube trays. You are absolutely useless. Don't waste your time, effort and most importantly money.
