Review on Delta RP19804 1300 Catridge Assembly by Jonah Koehnke

I work in a hotel in a small town and have NO opportunity to purchase GENUINE PARTS, only generic RP (repair parts) and it is not possible to buy an OEM RP (Repair #1 I've seen related to the series is a valve cartridge (OEM RP19804) and an OEM set screw (OEM RP152). Single lever bathtubs -/Shower Handle, Chrome, I Highly recommend replacing the single stage handle (OEM H79, NOT Acrylic) Replacement is almost always required and damage often occurs when the old handle is removed to repair the valve cartridge , AND an OEM set screw is included with the new handle Bathtubs/tubs/showers are available from either the Lowes Home Store (limited in-store availability) or from Delta at d elta.com or by phone Customer Service.
