Good for storage but not airtight
They are good for storing food and heating in the microwave. You don't travel well unless your food is firm. Soups, stews and casseroles or sauce dishes such as lasagne and spaghetti run out in the lunch box. Since they are not airtight, I recommend using plastic wrap or a crimping/sealing product on the container to ensure the lid seals tightly. Since then I've found and bought airtight containers that don't require any other product to easily transport the lid easily enough.
