The air filter smells chemically
As other reviewers have pointed out, this filter smells like chemicals. I didn't have this problem with the latest Blueair filter I bought. I don't feel like waiting for the chemical smell to "burn out". It shouldn't be there in the first place. I don't know what to do now. My air purifier is in my bedroom and I don't want to smell it while I'm sleeping. It probably won't let me sleep anyway. I don't know if I should return it and try another one or what. If the Blueair filters don't work and there are no other filters that fit the unit (I'm not sure) then my expensive air purifier is useless.
