Great Customer Service & Products: Galantis, Inc.

Galantis is a well organized company that has a deep understanding of the insurance industry. Their customer service is impeccable and their customer base really feels that they are a part of their success. Their products are great, and they do a great job of implementing and supporting them. Galantis has been a great addition to our business. We have been very happy with their services. They have really improved our overall effectiveness and efficiency. Galantis does not do anything that I dislike, and I have no suggestions for improvements. I have not heard anything from my coworkers who work with Galantis that I dislike. They have improved our business tremendously, and we have not had any issues from them. They have allowed us to reach out to customers and potential customers to get our name out there. They have made it easy for our sales force to reach out to potential customers that we don't already have a relationship with. I like that we can access all of our data from anywhere with an internet connection. It's very easy to use for everyone involved within my department as well as others who are not familiar with this software or its capabilities! The only thing is it would be great if they could add more features such as creating custom reports/dashboards etc. This has been helpful when trying to track time spent by each employee during their shift so far.
