My wife wanted a white ceiling fan for our sunny room where we have a 'white theme'. We looked at several models and we both liked this one. For many years we only used a pedestal fan in our conservatory and finally decided on this model. Almost 3 months have passed since the installation. Wanted to wait a few weeks before writing my review on Revain. The 52 inch wings have a good span and good airflow. Very quiet operation (some reviews on various websites indicate a "loud hum" which is not the case with our fan.) I love long wires in a fan - so often manufacturers will specify a "true" short length and you end up at Home Depot buying more wires. The installation process is very easy, even for a novice fan like me. I would call it a more "fun" " installation, which I liked.
