Heating: Oh yes it definitely works but don't you dare do 2 sessions in a row in the same place! The cycle takes 15 minutes and after about 20 minutes the heat really kicks in, so just use common sense. I can't be mad at them because the heating function works. Tumbler: They have a decent pattern and they definitely deserve a few "oh yeah" from me. I tried it in every zone it was made for and for me the upper back was a bit rough and uncomfortable. The thighs, calves and lower back were in excellent condition. The throat was also a little rough, but I realized I didn't have a soft covering on my balls. It was still a bit rougher for my taste, but that might be an advantage for someone else. I was surprised at the length of the cord based on some of the other reviews. That was more than enough for me when connected to my couch.
