Item arrived on time and was neatly packaged with all parts included plus an Allen key for assembly. The Go Pet Club IQ Busy Box scratching post has a large, heavy base, making it less likely to fall over. The only wobble comes when my two cats jump near its top. My two cats had to check it out immediately after assembling it. My larger adult cat didn't seem too interested in him for the first few days. My youngest and little cat fell in love with him from the start. My larger cat looked a bit awkward trying to lie down on the upper circle level on the first try. However, both of my cats have since fallen in love with the Go Pet Club IQ Busy Box scratching post. The big cat sleeps upstairs most of the day, and the little cat swaps places with her at night. All in all, this is a good buy. Incidentally, none of the cats seem interested in the occupied box, even though I put some catnip in it.
