Great quality mesh summer pants

I am 6'1" and 230 pounds. and usually wear blue jeans with a 36" waist and a 34" length. I bought a Wicked Stock XXL Regular in offwhite/light grey, hoping that it would pair with the slouchy shorts underneath in case I need to remove the biker shorts at the destination. From what I have found they are great for this purpose. They are loose fitting and slightly baggy but not sloppy and baggy. They definitely do NOT look like a tight European fit if that's what you want. If you have a waist measurement close to your size you're good to go as they have good left and right velcro straps that can accommodate 3 inches or more on either side as you will need to adjust them to your specific needs. fit. So if you want them to fit snugly around your waist and not ride down, that's no problem. The length of the standard XXL pant was perfect for me and my 6ft 1in height. Note: It could be perfect to have suspenders with these pants. They have 3 3/8" wide main nylon loops sewn directly into the waist area at the typical 10 o'clock, 2 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions for attaching a set of suspenders (not included). However, the hinges I mentioned don't seem to be very strong or durable. Again, personally I only plan on using the velcro left and right to tighten them tightly so they stay on the hips. I found it comfortable and they do won't slip off after a few hours of riding. It's worth noting that these pants don't have belt loops if you're thinking of using a standard belt.I think bright white and/or gray is a good choice for hot summer days.Similar in style They look more like "motorcycle pants" than normal "road pants". I have a good pair of motorcycle denim pants that I often wear in spring, autumn and on cooler summer days, with knee and hip protection. Style-wise, my denim pants look like normal "road pants". npants”. The bad thing about denim pants on sweltering summer days (e.g. 70's and older) is that they can get very hot on long trips. That's why I bought these Wicked Stock pants to keep me cooler on those depressingly hot summer rides. I can imagine that these mesh pants from Wicked Stock are too cold for longer rides at well below 65 degrees. In my opinion the mesh of these pants has just the right mesh opening (neither too wide nor too narrow - like 3/32 wide openings) in my opinion and it dissipates the wind well. The places where you feel the most airflow are below the knee and in front of the boot (this is 'doubtful' as it depends on the height of your boot) and also works along the length of the upper and lower thighs. Due to the knee brace, there is NO airflow to or around your knee. You will also NOT get any airflow around your waist or buttocks due to the lack of mesh material in those areas. At best, this will give you a flow of air around your thighs and lower legs. I would say this is the standard airflow and probably the best mesh motorcycle pant out there regardless of brand/type. I love the attention to detail in making these pants and the quality of the materials. If I didn't know better, I'd put the cost at $200-$300. Getting them under $100 is a real bargain at this price point in my opinion and I only buy high quality stuff. Conclusion: I love these pants for hot summer days, especially if you want to wear normal shorts underneath, for example. . Definitely a great buy!
