Looks surprisingly good on leather and the hardware looks nice but not cheap either. Lots of pockets, zips, etc. As mentioned by other reviews, the bag seems to fold when not full. The straps of the backpack do not detach, so it is not entirely convertible, it would be better if they were moved to the shoulder if necessary. Anyhow, if you choose to carry the bag on your shoulder, there are still two huge back straps hanging down, which are heavy and bulky. They also seem to slip off after adjusting which is awful for me as long hair gets stuck in them when I try to adjust them while at work. Customer service is impeccable! They were quick to respond to my email and sent a new shoulder strap when I mentioned mine was missing. Very friendly and super quick and attentive response!
